There’s no denying it- life is stressful.
But, rather than succumbing to stress and all the bad habits associated with it below are some simple things you can do to help manage it.

1. Manage Your Time
Keep an active list of what you intend to accomplishing for the day.
2. Prepare for The Day Ahead
Simple things such as laying out your clothes or planning your breakfast can help you feel more in control.
3. Take Your Time
This is especially true before the work day! Try to slow down what you are doing to really be present during it. For example, take an extra long shower or enjoy sipping your morning coffee.
4. Clear Your Head
Don’t feel bad for taking a few minutes to yourself. At the end of your day, sit quietly and reflect on it. Head through what you are grateful for and avoid worrying about what will happen tomorrow.
5. Don’t Take Work Home
This is becoming increasingly hard for many of us. But, when you head home for the night or weekend try your hardest to turn off. This will make you more inclined to enjoy life; and not bring stress home with you.
